Summary

The Enrollment Virtual Event & Multimedia Coordinator will serve as a multimedia specialist, reporting to the Associate Director for Strategic Recruitment Marketing in the Enrollment Team. The Enrollment Virtual Event & Multimedia Coordinator will be willing to be involved in strategizing content ideas to achieve enrollment goals and then deliver strategized content for digital, online platforms for student and parent engagement and events. The role of Enrollment Virtual Event & Multimedia Coordinator will be multi-faceted in which skill and a propensity for engaging external constituents via a variety of multimedia methods including video planning, coordinating, shooting and editing are critical. The Enrollment Multimedia Coordinator will be incredibly organized, considering time and resources. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Directly support all multimedia needs for enrollment purposes under the guidance of Associate Director

  • Assist with the development of digital, online platforms for student and parent engagement, as well as virtual events

  • Understand the importance of timely and deadline-driven communication

  • Work collaboratively with Enrollment Management Team to assist with meeting enrollment goals

  • Strategize creative content, coordinate and schedule video shoots, and manage proper name/image/likeness releases

  • Conduct video shoots at a variety of school-sponsored events/gatherings on-and-off campus

  • Work collaboratively with other departments on-campus to achieve enrollment goals

  • Package deliverables and send to appropriate parties in line with project completion deadlines

  • Manage video and audio content libraries and catalog content for easy deliverability

  • Implement simple edits to video for easy cataloging and deliverability

  • Capture additional still photography, as needed, during project shoots

  • Other duties, as assigned by direct supervisor, Senior Manager of Enrollment Operations, and VP

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelors' degree in a Communication-related field required.

  • Strong commitment to teamwork and student-centered customer service.

  • Experience using multimedia software and creating videos, building content, platforms, etc.

  • High level understanding and avid user of social media platforms.

  • Preferred 2 years experience in a professional videography setting

  • Have demonstrated portfolio of wide-ranging videography productions (i.e. in the field, controlled setting, etc.)

  • Understanding and knowledge of high-definition videography equipment

  • Proficiency of the Adobe/Suite and/or other video editing software.

  • Demonstrated interest in learning new skills as new challenges arise.

  • Excellent organization and prioritization, project management, customer service, oral/written communication, interpersonal and public relations skills.

  • Must be adaptable and flexible, and able to prioritize and respond effectively to multiple demands especially in a temporary remote work environment.

  • Must be skilled in problem solving, analytical, and creative thinking.

  • Ability to work respectfully with others of different backgrounds and opinions.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are required along with strong data entry skills.

  • Familiarity with Student Information Systems (SIS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is preferred.

 

Additional Criteria

  • Valid driver's license is required

  • Available for work on weekends and evenings as needed

 

Supervisory Duties

The position does not require managing other employees.
